1. Voluntary editorial board members have complete authority to set the standards for the acceptance of manuscripts
2. Voluntary editorial board members and reviewers have complete authority to determine whether a manuscript is accepted or not;
3. Voluntary editorial board members have the right to revise the scope and policies of their journals.
4. Voluntary editorial board members and reviewers pay a reduced fee for CIP publication.
5. CIP has its own marketing team. Voluntary editorial board members are not required to solicit papers.
