It is the corresponding author’s responsibility to guarantee that the paper has not been published elsewhere and is not currently submitted to other journals for consideration. CIP journals adopt a single-blind review policy. Authors do not know who reviewers are. Typically, the review period is complete within 10 weeks. If authors do not receive a decision letter by email within 12 weeks after the submission, the corresponding author may send an email (email title should be your manuscript title) to inquire as to the submission’s status. Please also include journal name and submission date in your email body. Authors can also track the review progress through our online system.
CIP journals do not charge subscription fees to readers or libraries. Therefore, your publications are more likely to have a higher impact and citation rate. To partially compensate for costs, including housing, editing, electronic office supplies, employee salary, and manuscript management systems, CIP charges affordable price for each accepted submission. CIP editorial board members pay zero publication fee.
