It is the corresponding author’s responsibility to guarantee that the paper has not been published elsewhere and is not currently submitted to other journals for consideration. CIP journals adopt a single-blind review policy. Authors do not know who reviewers are. Typically, the review period is complete within 8 weeks. If authors do not receive a decision letter by email within 10 weeks after the submission, the corresponding author may send an email (email subject/title should be your paper ID) to inquire as to the submission’s status. Authors can also track the review progress through our online system. If you need a shorter review period due to special circumstances, you may request such along with your explanation of the situation by email; however, CIP cannot guarantee its ability to grant the request because high-quality judgment of a scientific work in a short time is a challenge.
CIP journals do not charge subscription fees to readers or libraries. Therefore, your publications are more likely to have a higher impact and citation rate. To partially compensate for costs, including housing, editing, electronic office supplies, employee salary, and manuscript management systems, CIP charges $500 for each accepted submission. CIP editorial board members and reviewers get reduced publication fee.
